Eden Hill Primary School

Eden Hill Primary School is a 'Local-intake' school and must accept all applications from within our defined area, subject to residential qualifications.

How to Enrol

Step 1 – Application for Enrolment (Part A)

You will be required to supply the school with the following documents:

  • Completed Application for Enrolment form (This is also available from the school office)
  • Child’s Birth Certificate
  • Current Proof of Address (Must be a utility bill e.g.: gas or electricity account, purchase or lease agreement)
  • Immunisation Records (Must be the ACIR history statement from Medicare)
  • Family Court Orders (if applicable)

Step 2 – Enrolment (Part B)

Once the Application for Enrolment has been accepted, a parent/caregiver must attend the school office in person to complete the Enrolment Forms.

We will be holding two School Tours for prospective enrolments for 2023/2024. Tours will be held on Tuesday, 16th May 2023 at 9.00am and Thursday, 18th May 2023 at 2.15pm. Please advise the school office if you would like to attend by phoning 6455 0800.
