Eden Hill Primary School is a 'Local-intake' school and must accept all applications from within our defined area, subject to residential qualifications.

We will be holding two School Tours for prospective enrolments for 2027 - Wednesday, 3 June at 9.30am and 2.15pm. Please advise the school office if you would like to attend by phoning 6455 0800 or by email to: edenhill.ps@education.wa.edu.au
How to Enrol
You will be required to supply the school with the following documents:
- Completed Application for Enrolment form (This is also available from the school office)
- Child’s Birth Certificate
- Current Proof of Address (Must be a utility bill e.g.: gas or electricity account, purchase or lease agreement)
- Immunisation Records (Must be the ACIR history statement from Medicare)
- Family Court Orders (if applicable)
The school may request further documentation if required.
This stage can be done in person at the school office or by email to: edenhill.ps@education.wa.edu.au
Step 2 – Enrolment (Part B)
Once the Application for Enrolment has been accepted, a parent/caregiver must attend the school office in person to complete the Enrolment Forms.
